2 install questions

i there I hope somone can answer this for me.



I got 2 issues where I do not understand how to fix.



Version installed is 3.2.3



1. After installing the mod, if I go to play the game and login to do so, I have a issue , when put the number in press place and it does not display it. It gives it a cross and a link to "click to enter".

I have gone and purged the cache before doing this.



I noticed it works right here LOL.....

image issue

SO i am not sure what i have done wrong....



2. I have extracted the Portalbox Sudoku_by_Wuerzi from the contrib folder and uploaded the files into where they need to go. As I am running the board3 Portal - based on phpBB3 Portal ..



What I do not know is 1. How do I make the block show up? And Where do we put a link for this game or make it show up ? :(:(

As per image there is no block showing and I caanot see where to enable it in admin.....



Any help would be great.

i there, thanks for the option for number 2 but after applying the 2 modifications and then also uploading the files, it still does not show it....

Have you delete the cache?

You must delete the cache after change html files

I did this one under the general tab



Purge the cache

Purge all cache related items, this includes any cached template files or queries.

this error means a server(or browser) fault---try to reload the page, please, using IE or FF(or Opera), you are using Google Chrome---it's BETA so far

try to change game mode to...fruitoku, for example, if it's working?

I was using Interent Explorer to get that erorr.

In firefox it looks like this the error...



It happens on all the gaems



So if it is a server issue can you tell me what I need to look at to fix it???

Well not on this forum as this is a standard install of the forum and the standard install of this portal. So no as to other ajax mods.. Is there a wayt o test this ?



We have several other forums and sites and i would assume they have ajax .. But who knows...

Anyway is there a simple way to test this ?
