1) Laziness(no time)

2) English nouns database is poor(German and Russian are rich---thanks to sile and me )

3) Lack of testers

I think you can make first the mod only with english language and subsilver2. SubSilver is easier

The german translation make femu or Wuerzi

A little tool which can translate phpbb2 language files to phpbb3 format would be a good thing, as I'm pretty sure, that there won't be much changes in the language files ...

the main changes would be in the game field---Ajax instead of IFrame(great work ) and installation file(phpbb2 Balda was very hard installable)
